Received four calls from this number today. I answered the last one and a woman named "Andy Garcia" with a thick hispanic accent said she was from REO Foundation Network in Ormond Beach, FL. I asked her to go very slowly so I could write down her name and the company info for my report. There was lots of telemarketing noise in background and after a few seconds, the line went "flat" no noise and I hung up. I agree with earlier posts, they are tele-phising to see who they can scam.
If you are receiving calls that you believe are threatening or criminal, go to your telephone company's website and look for the word annoyance. They can assist you with working with law enforcement to capture the real number of a caller and not the spoofed number.
