Who called from 4023629992

Call from number claiming to be Marriot hotel in nearby city. Told me I won airfare and hotel. Scam of course, I told them to remove me from their calling list.

The call came to my cellphone: the number is on the national do not call registry, and my phone account is charged for the call.

Who are these people?  Also--and this is just an observation; I mean no disrespect--I could barely understand the woman: her accent is very heavy.

Called 3 times for this number and never left message, then i get an all 0's call after. Just listed CL ad no wonder. Roaches come out like crazy when you do this just turn on the lights and they run like little $@%&$#.

I quit answering calls from these area codes. All a scam. Iv'e ask them to take me off the calling list. They did for about a month and started again. I quit answering call from are codes 402 and 405.

Got two calls from 402-362-9992 today on my cell phone.  Woman's voice asking for "the owner of the phone" I told her not to call this number.  She called again 2 hrs. later.  I could here people in the background.
Hopefully it won't get worse, because I'm close to an FBI agent.
