Who called from 4023629992

this number call me to asked the my name but i give that number to the police

Am on a do not call list.  Why is this person calling my number?

SE CALLED LIKE 15 TIMES WE UNPLUGGED OUR PHONES

This number has called us about 10 times.  I ask to them to take my number off every time they call.  I have been in an argument with the lady every time she calls.  The last one, she was cursing at me and laughing.  Does anyone know why they are calling?

Comes up as "York            NE" on Caller ID.  Am also on the "Do not call" list, so I know it's just scammers that call when I see these kinds of numbers.

Just don't answer unless you're *really* bored, and want to mess with them.  Note that if you DO answer, they're more likely to call back.
