This is a robo-call, and the voice is NOT on drugs...it's not a real person. Next time, just ask the person to add 7 plus 2, or some other simple problem and watch them hang up.
They are probably spoofing the number they're calling from and are probably in some foreign country where the DNC list doesn't apply. (They probably call via the Internet)
Our real outrage should be that the idiots in Congress passed a DNC bill that has no teeth.
I have had 3 calls from numbers I didn't recognized today. This one from Hickman,NE. I didn't answer. They didn't leave a voicemail and I called back and it had been disconnected.
Been called 8 to 10 times about a subara warranty for a car my husband owns. Everytime I tell them that, they hang up in me before I can finish my sentence. Can't get off the call list.
This number called me last week asking about a car in haven't had in over a year. The lady, who sound like she was on something, hung up on me when I said to remove my number from their list. Tonight the number called back and when I told the male that I've already told them to remove my number he kept saying that they'll continue to call me and will never remove my number. This is absolute harassment!!!
