I'd like to know how they are getting unlisted numbers and personal information..that part is scaring me!

what do you mean how are they getting your information? if you wrote a bad check, your information is on the check. there is a lot people can find out from that information. i got a call from them and its legit people, i checked up on it. they are registered with accreditation from the ACA... they are a collections agency. wouldnt you want to get the money someone owes you? this is what they do. no use in getting all worked up when youre at fault. just check on them if you dont believe me, and then pay what you owe!

all of you people that are not paying your bills are at fault.  how is it that a phone call from a legit company, who by the way are regesitered with accreditation from the ACA, about money you owe somebody such a monstrosity?  Wake up people, it's time to pay what you owe and stop fretting over the legitimacy of the calls!  i was called becuase of a bill i did not pay and in no way was it an annoying phone call. i would want my money too.

I hope it's as easy for you to tell who appears to be working or plugging these bottom-feeders as it is me.

This company is a debt collector.  I did a search on ACA and I know they are.  They are registered.  I also know that they are beating up the regulations of the FDCPA pretty bad.  I fully intend to file a lawsuit against this company shortly because they violated my wife's consumer rights.  I urge all of you who have been threatened to do the same thing.  If nothing else set down and write a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission about your experience.  

You want a story I will give you one.  My wife did in fact write a check to Ace Check Cashing for a loan.  They were suppose to hold the check until a certain date in the future and then it was to be deposited.  An employee processed that check a week early and deposited it a week before it was suppose to be deposited.  Their actions caused several other checks to bounce.  I was charged $35. by the bank for each of those checks.  In addition the people I wrote those checks to also charged me for a return check charge.  These charges added up to be a whole lot more than the loan.  The only thing Ace offered was to just pay the check and they would waive the return check charge they assessed.  That was certainly fair of them when I had over $800. in return check charges.

Screw them.  Ace will never get paid.  Ace then turns around and sells my wife's account to these clowns for pennies on the dollar and then they think they are going to bully my wife for the full amount.  

Let me tell you something Vandenberg you pieces of garbage.  PLEASE file a lawsuit against my wife.  When I file the answer for me wife against the complaint you file I will also include a graduated denial also.  Then try and get Ace to come testify for you in court.

I know how to handle clowns like you.  You do not scare me.  I love it when so called debt-collectors like you call because it's money in the bank for my clients.  A debt-collector cannot do what you've displayed to me and get away with it.  

Maybe your one of those debt-collectors who are making so much money anyways collecting the way you do that a few thousand dollars in fines makes no difference because it's just a cost of doing business.  

I writing this response for two reasons.  To convience people they don't have to put up with businesses like you voilating their consumer rights.  The second reason I am responding to this post is to tell you again I think your a real scum-bag.  We will see each other in court.  

That is unless you go ahead and just mail me the settlement amount and realize you will lose a lot more in cash and resources to fight me in court.  However the choice is up to you.
