My mother has early onset Alzheimer's and it effects her short term memory, this company calls her house 3-4 times a week. It's usually a recording but a person called my mom today and my mom's been wanting one of those medical alert necklaces so she "Ordered one" and gave them her debit card information. We have always stressed to her to NEVER give out her banking information over the phone, she always tells us she won't but today she did!!! After she hung up she thought maybe she shouldn't have done that so she called me. Luckily they had not charged anything yet so we called the bank and had the debit card shut down. I told her they would probably try to call back when the card was denied but to not answer the phone. If I ever find out who they are there is not a hole deep enough for them....I've reported to AT&T and FTC. My Mom gets anywhere from 3-7 scam calls a day....they prey on seniors!!
