You can calm down. What this all about is frauds, cheats, scammers & scumbags. They've gotten your info. from somewhere. Now, they're trying to hope you're a fool. They're nothing, treat them as such.
Tell them that you know your rights under the FDCPA & that all your calls at home and work will now be logged & recorded. I recommend that you do both. Know your rights. Google the FDCPA. Record all of your calls, tell them immediately that you're doing so. The recording of calls is complicated. Simply tell them right away that you're doing so, now you're in compliance with all state & federal regulations. If they object to being recorded, hang up. They have something to hide.
Fraudulent and/or bogus debt collectors are easy to deal with. You just have to know how to deal with them.
Be Safe. Be Aware.

219-293-8814. Beware all a scam, I blocked the 404# a while ago

Yes they told me they were going to have a warrant out for my arrest and I would have to spend 90 days in jail if I didn't pay them and the ladys name is Olivia Shepheard or Amanda along with the officer Diggs.  They were very rude, demanding .

>> they told me they were going to have a warrant out for my arrest <<

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

Also, if you were threatened with an "arrest warrant" via a phone call or email, read this:
http://news.uscourts.gov/warning-arrest-warrant-scam

"The warrant is phony. A valid warrant would not be served by fax or e-mail. It would be served in person by a U.S. Marshal or other law enforcement officer."

"Anyone receiving a fake arrest warrant should contact the FBI or the district U.S. Marshals Office. If there is any question regarding the authenticity of a warrant, contact your district clerk of court."

I have had many calls from this company. This has been so stressful. But, after looking into this and talking to a Lawyer and Attorney General in my state. This is a scam....... Period! First of all you are never warned that you have a warrant. The only person that can issue a warrant is a judge. Second they need to follow the law and send information in the mail. I requested them to send me a letter and they refused. Reed white and associates stated that they do not have to. I got a call from a local number stating they had a application for arrest. Who fills out an application?? I called the clerk of courts and the people on my voice mail did not work there. So they lied. They scare you into paying them. Even if you ower them money which since its a scam you don't. But, if you owe someone money. You don't go to jail. It is civil not criminal. That means the people can sue you not throw you in jail. It is against the law to threaten or scare people into paying a bill. They are rude, demanding and scary. I am ignoring there calls.  This is a big scam!!!!!
