I got a call from this number and they did not leave a message. I am going save it in my phone with the name spam and not answer any more calls from this number.
These people are easy to deal with. Just save their numbers into your phone as DO NOT ANSWER and set it to "no ring" for that number. They can call all they want, but it doesn't have to bother you. There is no use in even talking to them these people are so dumb.
Go the Federal Trade Commission complaint section:

Click on the small "Click here to file a complaint with the FTC."
Fill out the form. Where it says Do you know who called you click yes and fill in all the information for the company listed there.

I made a document saved in M$ Word so I can cut and past all the information on the FTC site, because every time they call I file another compaint.
I keep a document with a record of every time they call, date, time, and phone number that called.
I paste this information on the written part of the FTC complaint form.
The more times you file a complaint with the FTC, is just another nail in Portfolio Recovery's coffin.
Sometimes justice takes a little effort.
Another thing you can do is go to your state's attorney general's website and file a complaint there.
