I got a call from "Daniel", a "Microsoft technician from the windows security department". It's a scam to gain access to your computer. He wants you to log in and run a program to "see who is installing malicious downloads".
I got the same call from "Microsoft" and they have been calling for over a week. Persistent. Told him I could not access my computer and call Saturday. He couldn't do that.
