got the same call here I said oh really well what is wrong with my Linux system and he hung up have been getting these calls for awhile now but know it is a scam and I think it is funny when most of the time they do not know what a Linux operating system is and at times they will even swear at you if you tell them to F--K off. Most of the time they speak such poor English it is very hard to understand them. Just beware of theses scams
I just received a call from this number they tried to tell me my email was being used for cyber crime they tried to tell me my email was being used for cyber crime. When I asked for the government agency to call and for her name and ALL her credentials she promptly hung up and the number is no longer in service.
My mother got a call from these people telling her that her computer was compromised and she need to give them $100 dollars to protect her computer. Luckily I told her to yank the internet connection and came over to help her. (Nothing wrong with her computer other than being old and a little slow)
