I got the same call stating he was with Microsoft I asked for a call back number in which he gave me 909-713-7131. I looked both numbers up he called from Atlanta but gave me a call back number for California. Thankfully I know not to fall for this kind of bull. But if anyone wants the call back number there it is. These people will never learn.
