Who called from 4046821631

I answered this call today and talked to a George Martin who sold me a life time program with a merchant account company.  The billing on my credit card was Big Action Media.  Is there anyone who actually tried this or am I the only one

Someone keeps calling me from this number several times a day.  When I finally answered and asked what he wanted he hung up on me.

get calls on my answering machine and id is georgia leaves no message.  I don't pick up phone unless I know who is calling.

Well glad to know this is another useless call..

I have registered my number on the no -call list,yet these people continue to call.please help i hate unwanted distractions from telemarketers.
