I received a call from this number. A woman identified herself as Nicole Cochran and said she works with the Criminal Investigation Dept. of Dorothy Thornton and Associates. She was calling on behalf of my sister and basically said if my sister didn't call by the end of the day (7-9-10) she would have a warrant out for her arrest. After making a phone call to someone else for help they said this person is probably just a collection agency and I shouldn't worry about it. Well, you do worry about it when these people are so sure-sounding and give you case numbers, etc.. I'm only posting this as another warning since a different phone number was listed when I Googled DT and Assoc.

A couple of my family members received threatening phone calls from Nichole Cochran stating that she had me on video camera passing hot checks and if I didn't contact them by the end of the day that she would issue a warrant for my arrest. The strange thing is, I don't own any checks! I do have a bank account, but I have no checks for this account. Oddly enough I called the number back that she left and I still haven't heard back from her, but as soon as I do, please believe me I will definitely give her a run for her money! With all the information that has been posted on this lady, I am armed with knowledge ad ready to speak with her!!! I will fill you in once I speak with her.
DON'T WORRY OR STRESS OVER THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT, THIS WOMAN IS OPERATING THRU WHATS KNOWN AS AN "UN-TRACABLE" NUMBER (so she thinks) AND BEFORE LONG, SHE'S GONNA HAVE TO CHANGE HER FAVORITE JEWLERY FROM GOLD TO SILVER, WHEN THEY PUT THE SILVER BRACELETS ON HER.
