9:15am received call from this spoofed number. Recorded message offering to "lower my interest rates", same message as from phony call via 701-920-9550. Did not answer but let machine answer it.
Have reported it to DNC Registry (as always) as if that will do any good.
You can't "opt out". These are spoofed numbers from an illegal and sometimes offshore phishing scam looking to get your credit card numbers. All you can do is ignore them and report the calls to the DNC Registry.
