Same problems - I am on the do not call list - have no credit carf debt and they keep calling - I finally stayed on to speak with a representative and when I told him I considered the calls harrasement he hung up on me. I did manage to say take my number off your list, but I have done this before with no luck.
I am reporting this as a spam call, although I did not fall fo the scam. I received a call from 406-224-9078, which I looked up on google rather than calling back. Since I have a pre-paid cel phone, every call in and out costs me money. Stop these jerks from making spam phone calls please. According to the reports on line this number is associated with a credit card offer that is probably not legitemate. Even if it is legit, which I doubt, it is a spam call that would have cost me money to answer.
Just a bunch of [***]-head scammers looking to steal your credit card information.
I pressed "1" to speak with a live operator and played along by giving them bogus information. I don't even have a credit card yet they claim to know your payment history and such.
When he asked for the last 12 digits of the credit card, I told him to hang on. He hung up and called me back from 310-388-6861 and again I told him to hang on while I get the card.
