Who called from 4062249078

No message left. No idea who this is, I am sick of all the scam callers out there.

Called 12:30PM Pacific today. Left no message.

called id says PROCEDURES. they left no msg.   my first call from this number.

called about helping reduce my credit card rates.  just scamers..........

A phone card company. When I asked to be put on the do not call list, the man said No. Then he said, "I'm going to hang up in your face." I actually admired his chutzpah. But, nonetheless, this seems to be a violation of federal law.
