Who called from 4063223221

Got a call, no message. Called back and the message said that it's a company that collects donations for multiple charities

I get calls from this number numerous times, at any hour of the day.  Since I do not know who it is, I do not answer.

Received several calls at differing times of the day and evening.  No message ever left.  When I try to call, the line is busy.  I wish I could get them to STOP!

Called. Left no message. Bogus number.

We've received multiple calls from this number.
We never answer and there is never any message left.
Just another scammer - be nice if the national "Do Not Call" list actually worked.
