Who called from 4063223221

I got a call after 8p.m. tonight. I really don't answer calls that give the city/state as the caller ID.  If they are legit, indentify who you are.  There needs to be better legislation to curb what can come over caller id.  Also phone carriers like ComCast need to offer unlimited call block/screen.  They only offer 12 numbers.

406-322-3221 is a real bugger.  NomoR blocks it , but this pesty guy continues to hit us ..violating the Do Not Call List

Columbus, Montana is displayed on ID.  I honeslty would not of heard of Columbus Montana if it were not for telemarketers.

Calls at all hours. Don't recognize the number so I never answer.
