I received the call a week ago from Michelle at MVP. - 800-418-7703 ext 806. No matter what time you call to speak to her she is never in the office. I asked for proof of what I owe when speaking to a Ms. Gonzalez she stated that my request would be referred to the client and it could take 3-6 weeks or 3-6 months for that information to come back. She advised my account was in a holding status until the dispute was resolved. Unbelievable. I am so happy that I googled them.
I received 3 calls in a row today from 406-545-4759. Her name is Michelle from MBP saying that i have a wage garnishment that is going to be sent to my employer later this week and that I need to call her at 1800-418-7703 ext. 806 to take care of this before that happens. I have not received anything in the mail nor have I received anything via email Has anyone delt with this person. Is she a scammer or a legit person.
