I received the call a week ago from Michelle at MVP. - 800-418-7703 ext 806. No matter what time you call to speak to her she is never in the office. I asked for proof of what I owe when speaking to a Ms. Gonzalez she stated that my request would be referred to the client and it could take 3-6 weeks or 3-6 months for that information to come back. She advised my account was in a holding status until the dispute was resolved. Unbelievable. I am so happy that I googled them.
I also recvd a call on my office phone, i told her do not call my job because whatever it is its a personal matter, a wage garnishment??? Im def going to report this further.
I just rec'd the same phone call from Michelle 800-418-7703 ext 806 from MBP about a request to garnish my paycheck but she'd like to get it resolved before it came to that. Number on caller id 406-545-4759
I received the same call today. She threatened me with a wage garnishment for a payday loan. I asked her when did she receive a judgment in a court of law. She replied that I would receive the paperwork soon. SCAM!!
