I received the call a week ago from Michelle at MVP. - 800-418-7703 ext 806. No matter what time you call to speak to her she is never in the office. I asked for proof of what I owe when speaking to a Ms. Gonzalez she stated that my request would be referred to the client and it could take 3-6 weeks or 3-6 months for that information to come back. She advised my account was in a holding status until the dispute was resolved. Unbelievable. I am so happy that I googled them.
Received call on my work phone from 4065454759 saying her name is Lashelle Hodges from MDP custom solutions regarding a wage assignment for the state of TX from one of my creditors....call 8004187709 ext 806. I work at a BANK...that's now how wage garnishments are handled. Looked for a business website? Nothing
Received a cal from Michelle Taylor with the Offices of MVP Custom Solutions, stated she received a wage garnishment for me and that it looked old, asked that I call her to get it straightened out and fix it before things got started. Left a call back of 18004187703 ext 806.....for a wage garnishment to have been issued you would have been notified by mail or served by local sheriff of a court date first. I'm thinking SCAM! And my caller ID listed 406-545-4759
