Received a call from 14066348998 about 30 min. ago. Computer-generated SCAM call in Spanish, informing about winning a lottery. The number on caller ID is spoofed, it was never in service. The call is most likely made by predictive dialer and could be originating from anywhere around the globe; actual computer making this call can be in your neighbor's attic, in Honduras, or in Nigeria - finding out exact location would require equipment which only the Feds can legally possess.
Just block it - eventually these guys will either get arrested for something unrelated, or killed by rival family, but till then there is nothing you can do.
I just received a call from them. This is the second call in two weeks. Today I answered and it was a recorded message in Spanish. Call was from Helena, MT
This number called one of my business cells this morning and came to look it up and found everyone's posts. I won't call it back and I also have sprint service.
