I knew this was a scam right away.. I tried to play along and ask question after question, and even asked to speak with a 'supervisor'... When I explained that I was aware of their scam he went on a little rant and rave and actually called me an [***] before hanging up on me...
I used to get these calls regarding my car warranty (I don't have a car with a warranty) and I was able to call them back... Unfortunately, this number does not receive incoming calls :-(
I received a call from this number and like others, I didn't hear them mention a card name.
I am so glad others post the suspicious numbers they get. Thanks all.
This company calls me at least 2-3 times/wk. Last week the lady I spoke with said she would take my name off their call list, but obviously that was a lie. I would really like to stop these calls. The last call, I was trying to explain that I haven't even used my credit card in over a year and she just hung up on me. When I tried to dial the number back, it states that call cannot be completed as dialed.
