i also keep getting calls and I told them it was a scam into getting credit card #'s and the woman hung up on me. Trying to get the charges reversed and she was a [***] with a capitol B
These people are the worst! I tried to get the charge cancelled but the number they gave me the first time was fake and it just kept ringing like the line was busy all the time. So i finally got a letter from them with a different phone number and so I called to get it cancelled and the lady i spoke with had the audacity to tell me she couldn't cancel the account because i only had three days to do so and they were up, no one ever told me about the three day period and now my card company has to dispute this charge, they are ridiculous don't fall for this people are the worst!
I found a number to call back. It is 1-888-506-8304. Its the customer service, open 9-5pm on weekdays. Hope this helps anyone else who may have been screwed.
i called back within 10 mintues and the lady was really nice and cancelled my order. she said that the $49.81 was a pending charge and will be voided. lets hope they were telling the truth. hopefully it wasnt a scam. i believe that if you were confused you should of asked as many questions as possible. i asked them how many days do i have to cancel and they all said 3 days. they also gave me the number above and verified it. like i said above i called within 10 mintues to cancel and hopefully everything will be fine. they all picked up my call so im wondering why people are saying noyone picked up?
these a$$ holes never said anything about a 3 day cancel ation period... i just counted up my bills i cant afford them and they refuse to cancel them, any advice i either over draft my bank account each month or i dont buy my insulin, im a diabetic, i think my meds are more important than this f-ing magazines and they should let me cancel
