(Orlando, Fl area code). Call instructed press 9 if you wish to lower interest rate on your credit card. Pressed 9 questioning which card and the response was Mastercard, Visa, or Discovery...I question why would my credit card company call to lower my rates and the lady hung up....
Called my credit card company and they informed me that this was a scam and they had not called me....
Just be aware if you do give out any information, please call your credit card company and report it...or call your credit card company and ask if they had made the call...

Received call on 1-28-09 at 3:45 PM with same message as Israel but the woman said her name was Rachel. She did not disclosed my name or the credit card company but said "nothing wrong with your card" but wanted to lower my rate then repeasted nothing wrong with the card and that I should press 9 to give info to lower my rate. I just hung up.
