Please be aware, this is a spoofing scam (note "000"). I actually spoke to a man whose response, when I asked that I not be called, was "F*** Y**." See also comments on 407-000-1515. I have officially reported both numbers to the Federal and State (PA) governments, obviously to no avail. The comment on the air horn appears to be the only resort. The lack of action by either government leads one to wonder about their capability or desire to track these people. One would hope that the problem is ONLY a lack of desire, otherwise, we could all be much more at risk, rather than just annoyed.
I received a call from this number a few moments ago. They left no message. Within a few seconds I received a call from 912-344-9400, same thing. They are related.
I keep getting calls from these jerks, too, under a variety of numbers. Every time I ask the company they're calling with, I get a rude operator. They guy today told me to "Shut up." Ugh. Is there somewhere I can report these to that might actually be able to do something about them??
