Got the call today and the same as recorded message but had already heard a warning on the radio about it. Seems they steal credit card info and use the money for overseas activity and may be even terrorist. They are BIG TIME scammers. I reported to the Do No Call and is suggest EVERYONE do the same
I got a call from this number too, like so many other telemarketers; and I'm on the federal no call list. I did pressed "9" and got some guy to answer and then I did what I have done to others. I have a cheap handheld airhorn, the one you can buy and any sporting good store for boating. I blasted him in the ear and hung up. You gotta know that he was wearing a headset and couldn't get it off fast enough. Probably went home with a headache. Gotta love it. I will also send the NCL a complaint.
I got a call from a "gentleman" from this number. When I asked where he was calling from since number is so whacky - he promptly said, "GET OFF MY LINE _ STOP CALLING AND WASTING MY TIME LADY", and he hung-up. Well, I never! I then did try to call number back (from South Dakota) and before I could enter the last four digits it said that this number is not a valid number, please hang-up and dial again. I did 3 times and everytime the same thing. I know that I owe no credit cards, have no mortgage, have no other loans of any kind - do if it is a collector they got the wrong number! And the only way to stay out of debt is not buy anything -- So if you are this number and you are reading these -- "DON'T CALL US AND WASTE OUR TIME!"
