For everyone who posted and found this via search engine, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, don't just be a victim, FILE a complaint with donotcall.gov, if you are registered on the national do not call list!
It takes just a minute to fill out, probably less time than it took to post on this board!
If you want to report this fraud, and i do believe that's what it is, make a phone call to the sheriff's department @ 407-254-7000. The woman there now is VERY helpful.

Got this call also: It is a recording from "Heather at account services" asking for credit card info. Like I am going to do that!
Anyway, I called the Orange County Sheriff's office and the officer who answered was NOT helpful "Well you are not a victim so there is nothing we can do..."
Got the same call today at ~1:30. CC company recording pushing me to a lower rate. I hit 1 to speak to a person and find out more info about them, but no one came on the line... not a very effective scam... But very annoying.
