Another call from "Rachel at Card Services" who has probably called everyone in the US by now. It doesn't matter at all if you're on DNC, the government can never do anything effectively. DNC is a joke and thought up to pacify all the voters who were complaining. Also, even if it did work, these are scammers who aren't going to obey the law anyway. They travel around the country, usually using disposable phones. If you're unfortunate enough to get a Middle Eastern or East Indian male, they can be really vicious. Don't bother arguing with them because there is no way you can match them in invective and vulgarity unless you're a psychopath yourself. The Better Business Bureau, so helpful in most areas, can't help you because this is not a legitimate business. Do yourself a favor and don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number calling.
I answered and chose the option to speak with someone. They said the company name is "Account Services" and they are located in Orlando, Florida. They hung up on me when I asked for an address. I have reported them to the Do Not Call registry complaint.
