"Cardholder Services" also calls in disguise, using caller ID info of real legitimate businesses! I've received 2 such calls from them, the first call was ID'd as a local accountant in my town and state, and the second was ID'd as a kid's inflatable/bounce-house party company in FL.
I don't know how they're getting the caller ID scammed to show they are someone "legit" but I wish this place could be stopped. We don't even HAVE a credit card.
Just got a call, pressed 1 and when they answered..."account services" I asked them "which account are you talking about?" They hung up the phone on me..scam!!!
just saw a missed call from this number. No voicemail message. I tried to calll back and it said the number was no longer in service. After reading the above posts...i am glad I didn't talk to anyone.
Got this call as well and tried to investigate further...website said may harm your computer but I proceeded anyway and came up with a name Jeffrey Blodgett in Palm Springs FL through the Intelius reverse phone lookup
