called me saying they were calling about my mother said someone had filed a complaint against her. problem is they used a last name that my mother hasnt gone by in over 14 years. they wouldnt tell me there name or what the complaint was about. and my mother and i havnt lived in Florida for 15 years.
Yes!!!!! I get calls from that number too! Any attempt to call either number back has resulted in no answer. They call me every other day so I will definitely be adding them to my blocked call list! So thankful for this thread! At first I was concerned but I am thankful to see that this is fraudulent so I will never worry about it again!
Left message: "This is Arthur Zinn calling from the servicing division of Ally in regards to a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention. Documents are scheduled to be delivered at your home or place of employment. Please contact my office at 407-439-4572. Again that number is 407-439-4572."
I have no bad debt and am not being sued. This is a scam!
I have received 6 phone messages from this phone number asking me to call back, in the last 15 days.
I want to report this and want it blocked from my phone please. I looked # up on line and so glad I did. It is a scam.
