called me saying they were calling about my mother said someone had filed a complaint against her. problem is they used a last name that my mother hasnt gone by in over 14 years. they wouldnt tell me there name or what the complaint was about. and my mother and i havnt lived in Florida for 15 years.
These people keep calling me about a civil suit the caller says they have a complaint on me. They have my name, They ask me to verify that they are speaking to the right person. I refuse to give out any information about my name and social number.
I received this call on both my home phone and my cell phone within seconds of each other. The message is exactly the same as Scamtastic and the voice is muffled and extremely difficult to understand clearly. I have received several calls in several days.
I have received several calls from this number about a complaint and papers being getting served, funny thing is the caller doesn't leave they name of the person for whom the messeges are intended for.
This number has called my house several times, since I do not know this number, did not answered, but a message was left, regarding documents that will be served to me or I would have to show in prison.
Shameful..... I have a heart condition and I did not like this.
