today is a sunday and a national holiday they have called me 8 times just today!!!!! very annoying i have my account up today and they still call this is getting out of hand!!! I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CAR THREW THEM!
I just received a call from Wells Auto saying that I'm behind on my payment. EXCUSE ME.. my payment isn't due until tomorrow. Yes, I have been a few weeks behind in the past few months BUT I was unemployed during that time due to my former company closing their doors. I always make my payment within the month that it's due but to call me when I'm not even behind. Well, I'm beyond furious! I told them if they called me again I will be contacting my attorney!!
I will NEVER use Wells Fargo to finance anything ever again!!!!! While I have been guilty of being late on payments they have always received my payments BEFORE they have been 30 days past due in spite of being unemployed. They now call one day after the payment is due and ask why the payment is 1 day past due! I now just let them call with their automated message all day long and leave messages....it's kind of just a joke now. The numbers on the caller ID are different almost every call.
They added insurance to my car with out me knowing it. I never received payments or anything. I continued to make my payments as scheduled. Then one night I was woke up by a man with a tow truck. He said he had orders to get my car. I said for what? He did not know but asked me if I had insurance. I said yes I do and I have a recent money order showing that I paid my car payment. He did not care and took my car. I thought I was actually being punked! It took about 2 weeks to get my car back. Wells Fargo never said sorry all they said is we sent papers. The address they had "supposedly" sent papers to was my mothers address. I have never figured out how they couldn't send papers to the right address but had the right address to get my car. Now it shows up on my credit reports and its hard to get loans. Wells Fargo refuses to take it off! Now my car is totalled and they want the last payment.... hahahah guess what you have already ruined my credit so you will get your payment a little bit at a time! I'll continue to ignore your calls so keep it up, your not bothering me.. LOL! It's not like you can repo it now............
I was told by Wells Fargo to sale a kidney if i had to just to make the payment.
It was 1 week later, these people have 100's of numbers are the most rude
employees ever.
