today is a sunday and a national holiday they have called me 8 times just today!!!!! very annoying i have my account up today and they still call this is getting out of hand!!! I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CAR THREW THEM!
Harrasing phone calls from Wells Fargo Finance. This is just one of their many numbers they have used to harass me several times a day. I am only one week behind in my payments and have been paying on time for 4 years now. I only have 2000.00 left on my loan. I will never ever finance a car again with them. Their should be a law against being harassed in this manner.
LOL That is exactly what happened to me! I have faxed over my insurance info and spoke to sooo many Wells Fargo reps and STILL they keep charging me for insurance! I get so many calls a day telling me that my payment is past due when it is Not. They were supposedly sending my papers to my previous address, so when I got my car repoed, it was a huge supprise, not to mention a huge inconvienence & expensive. I don't know where they find these incompetent idiots that work there, but not logging pertinent customer info their computers causes a lot of misery for the people who have to deal w/ their dumb [***]. Screw you Wells Fargo.
Hay wells fargo auto finances just call you when ever they feel like it. even if you are not late and make your payments on time. to me this is a bad business practices and the BBB should do something about it before it really get out of hand. before someone goes poastel, dont wait before this happen then start doing something . We the consumer need for the BBB to do their job and deal with all of these conplates.
