Just received a call from this number. It came up on my television screen. I never answer any calls that I'm not familiar with. No message left on my answering machine so assume that is not legitimate. It came up showing UTILITIES FL.
Same old scammers'. I put it in my blocked numbers.
If I don't know who it is I don't answer.
I know who my friends and family are. Don't need the rest!!!!!!
Spoke with someone who called from this number telling me that new federal tax laws meant that Florida residents could save on their utilities. Needed to set up an appt.
When I asked how I could learn more about the company she said she would need to make the appt first then she can give me a number to call for more information.
I said once I found out more about the company and was satisified they were not trying to run a scam on me I would make the appointment. Click!
