i don't answer theses call. i Google the number and then "blacklist" the number in my Ooma internet phone service. this number will now receive an automated voice stating my number has been disconnected. no more call to my phone from this number no matter how many times they try!! Ooma rocks!
Just saw Jose Rivera on my caller ID. Had an old buddy that I used to work with who has that name. Hadn't talked to him in about 8 yrs., thought it might be him, but area code looked wrong. So I did a google search that landed here.
