a foreigner man that asked if I have an attorney because I'm being sued. that he has my social security #.I asked who was sueing me he wouldn't tell me.Hetold me to call this number.then when I told him I knew this was a hoax.he called me a b.....to suck his .....then I said he didn't have one and I hung up.that made him very furious. then he called me back 3 times in a row telling me he had a d.....and proceeded with more obscenity's.this is all on my answering machine.then he calls again today like nothin was wrong.I want to know what is or what I can do about this weirdo.
i recieved calls sayin. i have three charges in california pending against me. i couldnt ask him questions he cursed me out several times. he hung up i call back no answer. told me the sheriff.coming to take me to jail. i needed to send money an someone stole my identity
i gotten call from this number and they told me that i have stolen money from them and they are sending someone to take me to the jail and even they called at my work too. so what i would say is never ever apply for any pay day loan because its not safe this people steal your identity from there and prank with you..
These idiots called me at work just a few minutes ago! After they said that they were going to arrest me and this was a serious matter and that I needed to contact and attorney, I gave them his name, phone number, address, and fax they hung up on me.
They had the thick accent, the whole nine yards. I am going to report them to the state attorney general office.
Some Asian girl called me at work and told me to call Dan Foster at the same number and when I called him, he told me I had cases pending in California and I was being sued by a cash advance company but would not tell me who it with and I was going to be arrested AT WORK. They told me I could ask any questions I wanted and when I did ask anything they got mad and hung up. I knew my social and where I worked.
