a foreigner man that asked if I have an attorney because I'm being sued. that he has my social security #.I asked who was sueing me he wouldn't tell me.Hetold me to call this number.then when I told him I knew this was a hoax.he called me a b.....to suck his .....then I said he didn't have one and I hung up.that made him very furious. then he called me back 3 times in a row telling me he had a d.....and proceeded with more obscenity's.this is all on my answering machine.then he calls again today like nothin was wrong.I want to know what is or what I can do about this weirdo.
They have called me 3 times just this morning. I never answer calls I don't know. So they went to voicemail. The first voicemail the man (thick indian accent) said his name but don't remember what it was, deleted the voicemail. That was at 7:29am. Again at 8:12am, same man called, different name, delete. 3rd call @ 8:15am same man yet again.
Each message said pretty much the same thing, but each message his tone got angrier.
Ms _____ you or your attorney need to contact me at 4084626582 I repeat 4084626582 NOW. This matter is urgent. Please do not disregard my call for this is a serious matter. If you disregard and do not answer all he can do is wish me good luck.

I just got a call from the 408 462-6582 a man with a thick accent left a message saying I need to call him back because it was a serious matter and that I needed an attorney, and that the matter was time sensitive. He ended the message saying that I needed to call him back and if I didn't then he didnt know what would happened to me. The impression was that it was not going to be good.
I also had two calls from 9413577975 one was a week eailer and I was busy so was given a number to call when I tried later no one answered. then the second call came the following week this time i took the call the man stating he was working with a lawfirm that there was a lawsuite aginst me and did I want the details, the caller said he was with a from a Lawfirm in GA, he transfered me to the paralegal to read me my charges and I was not to interupt. he said I had filled out a request for a payday loan from American Cash and that I was being charged with fraud because I had faulsly reported income to get the olan and then that I had not paid the loan back so now they had criminal theft charges as well. I did interupt and say I never did apply nor receive any money from this company. He told me there was nothing he could do for me that he was sending all my info to the local authorieties and that I would be arrested Monday morning at home or work, he then hung up. I tried to call the number back but no one answered.
Well I called them back and basically laid into them, told them I was onto them and that they could (in nicer words) die before I paid them any money. I told them they could threaten me all they wanted that it didn't mean anything and they didn't scare me.
I got a message from a Mr. Lee I think, could barely distinguish from the heavy accent, said he was calling from the office of Rebecca Scott about a lawsuit that had been filed against me (from who I couldn't make out) and to call the number back. When I got the message and tried to call back the call wouldn't even connect. It gets dropped every single time from many different telephones. At least I haven't received any more calls.
