Call left no message not sure who it is, blocked number so they can't call again from that number

Didn't answer, don't know number. No voicemail

Called me, missed it, no vm, called back fast beeping

Called 11 minutes ago from San Jose Ca.  I don't answer if no caller ID.  No vm left.  Must be spam

Called will at work on my cell phone.  Did not answer as the Area Code was one I did not know. BigTime SPAM Call.
