Who called from 4086774795

Called my iPhone three times in the span of six minutes this morning, all showing "San Jose, CA".  First two calls showed up as "missed calls", third call left a voice mail but only about 5 seconds of static, no message.  Will block the number.

Ignored call, no message. I haven't returned a no message call in thirty years. Don't know why anyone would. The do not not call list is sure a waste.

Called and left no message. I don't know anyone in San Jose, CA, which is why I didn't answer it.

Based on what everyone else is saying, it's some auto-dial spammer. Ignored/blocked.
