Left a message threatening to have an arrest warrant issued for me if I didn't take care of some matter immediately. so upon calling back they just picked up the phone and did not identify the name of their company so when I demanded the name of the company I was hung up on multiple times. finally one gentleman that answered first spoke in an unknown language and then identified the company as being the IRS.. Scam..
I received the same type of phone call from 409-440-4666. They gave a name of John Green and his badge number of 2150. First thing I asked if the IRS wouldn't they had notified me by mail regarding any past tax year. Well needless to say they hung up.
Who is supposed to tell that person to not call you?
You are the only person who can stop calls, don't talk to them, don't answer calls, just block them and that's it.
Just received same msg as stated by others. Alex Brown, IRS investigator, multiple charges that will be turned over to local police Dept....blah, blah, blah. Total scam!
