Received a call on my cell phone from 409-684-2263 on 9/21/15 @ 12:15 - didn't answer and no message. I'm used to getting these type calls on my land line - pissed that I'm now getting them on my cell phone.
Just got a call from this number to my cell. Answered but no one there. I hung up and called back. Got an automated message "If you want to block the number press 1".
