Received a call on my cell phone from 409-684-2263 on 9/21/15 @ 12:15 - didn't answer and no message. I'm used to getting these type calls on my land line - pissed that I'm now getting them on my cell phone.
Got an automated call from this number this morning on my cell phone. A nice sounding woman's voice said something like "this call is from the credit card accounting department. there is nothing wrong with your account..." At which point I hung up. This is a credit card scam, probably to "fix your credit" or "refinance your outstanding balance."
When I Answered the call, no one was there; totally silent, I said Hello, Hello, Hello, No Response, I didn't call back because I was in the middle of an important conversation, I've heard in the past that around election time you can expect these kinds of calls, I hope this isn't the start of it.
