I'm sorry, but despite what's been written here the call blockers do work. These crooks called again this AM; one short ring and the call blocker cut them off since their number was on our "blacklist" recorded inside the call blocker. The last time this number called "409-684-2264 Consumer Advocate" was Aug. 22; that's 9 days ago. So one call every 9 days indicating our call blocker is discouraging them. At least we're not getting called every day or several times per day like some people who write in here. Eventually, like all the other scammers over the past couple years, they will remove our number as "Did Not Answer." Their programmers who run their Robo machines check occasionally and remove numbers that are not answering. We used to get 30 calls per week; several calls per day. Now, with the call blocker installed the calls have slowed to several per week and most of those are only one-ring calls since they are on the "blacklist" as previously mentioned. I have no financial interest in trying to get call blockers used by people that are being harassed by these criminals. You will never stop them completely until some legislative action takes place at the highest level in our government and that's not going to happen under our current administration. Do what you want. I'm just saying by installing and utilizing a call blocking device (ours holds up to 1,200 "blacklisted" numbers) we have a great deal more peace of mind than we did several years ago when these idiots were driving us crazy.
another call from Port Boliver tx. The lovely Carmen of Card Services. I pressed 1 and was caller 9 in the cue(Riiiiiiiiight). This is probably a scam ran from some section 8 apartment by some crackheads. Anyway some guy (sounded black with a ghetto voice answered and asked if i had 2K in credit card debt. I said heres what I predict will happen. You will hang up because ia ma going to call you a CROOK and A SCAMMER and you and your fellow Scammers should be in jail. AS I predicted he hung up. You see these crooks and scammers do not like it when they get called out for their Crimes and so like the dooshbags they are they hang up. Total LOSERS ALL OF THEM.
