It doesn't sound like your blocker is very effective.  You just said it has been two years without letup.  As Dr. Phil would say, "How's that workin' for ya?"  He is inferring it is an ineffective strategy choice.  The fact that they are presently diminishing is probably just a temporary function of time, not your call blocker.  Why don't you just check caller ID and listen to your call screening feature?  That has no limit, and works very well.  They made you spend money on them.  Don't pick up.  You can validate your decision here.  That's free.  It works as well, or better.  You sound like you are trying to hammer a square peg into a round hole with that call blocker, trying to justify why it didn't work for two years, trying to believe it is working now.   Because call blocking Is like whack-a-mole...  they can generate infinite numbers every time your program blocks one.mm Better to just simply, and for free, check your caller ID and eavesdrop, without answering or blocking.  Better the spoofed number you recognize and ignore, than a new one every time, that fools you every time.  Their robocall program is not capable of "figuring out they will be blocked" and then giving up, which is what you inferred, as if it is a person.  Their robocall program cannot be discouraged, it's a program.  It will never give up.  It's no skin off the scammers' noses to keep generating new spoofed numbers.  It's not a person.  Just don't answer, look at your caller ID and listen on your screening feature.  That really does work for me, reduces calls to a minimum, with rare exceptions.  We will never get rid of them entirely, that is the new reality.  Then I come here if unsure, to see if others complain,,to validate my choice to ignore the call.  They become easy to identify.

Credit card reduction phishing scam!
Three times in three days. Yesterday I picked up and pressed 1 to speak to a person. I was 17th in line - I hung up.
Today I was 22 in line and quickly moved to 12 then a person picked up...
Before they had a chance to breath I asked to speak to a Manager.
The 'gal' said she was a manager. I doubt that... but I continued. I said:
You know you keep calling and threatening to not call back if I don't answer. But you keep calling back. Why is that?
Please remove my number! And I hung up.

I am so sick and tired of these phone calls. They interrupt life constantly! They wake the baby napping, they wake me in the morning on the weekends! why cant the phone companies do something about it? I think the DO NOT CALL list is only works well with Legitimate businesses , because every other menace to society keeps calling with some kind of robo call, free cruise, credit card debt, computer virus scam! I wish them all Eternity in HELL!

WeNeedTelemarketingLegislation
My phone number is on the FCC Do Not Call List - Why am I getting these "urgent" calls? We need some new telemarketing legislation. Maybe Donald Trump can help with this?

Trump will build a wall between here and India. Do you really think that a scamming businessman is going to stop telephone scams?
