The real question is not "who it belongs to" but "who is using it."

This is my home phone number. It is being spoofed by scum so place this on your blocked list, unless you know us. If you know us please call and leave a message after the beep and we'll set up a simple code to leave so we know your legitimate.,..................JBMB

No message left...........  "They" are at it again. this:my own number being used to spoof other callers.  If or when you see it in caller ID don't bother with it, block it if you want, but it's clear that this # is being spoofed for whatever the reason.
