Just got a call from this number as well. They said i had to pay 651 dollars or go to court at 1 to settle it. Funny thing is, is that i have student loans with West Asset Management and he even know that. Little indian guy said West Asset Management needed the payment of 651dollars by 1 or he would issue a warrant for my arrest.
I just received this same exact phone call etc, and i live in Illinois. My fiance called the number and the guy a.k.a David birks actually asked her"why are you calling me [***] lady?" Our Government would never speak that way nor call if you owe bills.. Shows the intelligence level of this guy. TOTAL SCAM.
I received a call today and the message stated I could be arrested if I did not turn myself in immediately. This was VERY ALARMING- someone could leave a name and threating message with no regard to the harm it could cause.
Got a call From this Loser. Reported i their false statement to my brother who is an officer of the law. Hopefully something will stop these worthless excuse for human beings.
