I just received a similar phone call, but from a different number. Was there any additional charges on your phone bill after you pushed one? I just did before I read this column and would like to know if I need to contact my phone provider.
they called, left partial message, very pushy voice-female, they left full number, i called my landline provider-cox, the rep turned me on to google-just type in the number, this site came up. have never had a car with a warranty.
Called me, I have no car warranty, figured it was a scam, tried to see how long I could keep the woman on the line, after I asked her which car, she suddenly said "bye" and hung up. Number constantly busy since then.
I just got the phone call , pressed one and got this sassy lady on the other side. I told her How do I know she is who she says she's? She got all angry and asked me if she really has time to call people for fun. I said yes cause she was nothing but a worthless person trying to steal people's information. I then told her she will be reported immediately, and I did with the donotcall website. She hung up on me, What is going on with this world??
