Claims I have been charged with fraudulent bank activity or fraudulent checks, I don't even have a bank account, we use prepaid debit/credit cards for all our transactions or cash. I put our numbers on the do not call list but so far it hasn't worked.
just got the call as well and that they notified me that I will be served but if I wanted to settle before then I should call. This SCAM has to stop. No one calls before they serve you. They mail you information if you owe something and if you fail to comply, then they SERVE you. Wish our government was able to catch these HACKS.
I got the same phone call just 20 minutes ago. I been getting them everyday for past month now. I have them blocked on my phone but can still leave voice mail. I wish they can catch them also and end their calls. It's just frustrating . Sick people out there
Keeps calling using an automated voice system...Is annoying as heck..Keeps telling me they are going to serve me papers at work or home for fraud...Tells me to call that number, but I just hang up...I may have to get my job to do something about the frequent calls as in my position, I talk to people all over the country...
