First Health - an Insurance Company.
I got an unknown call, I called them and they didn't know what anyone would have called me.

I received a call from this number as well.  

It's from the Health Education Department of Health America/Coventry Health Insurance.  The call stated if I was interested in hearing more about an health education option for my child which is included in my health insurance plan, then I should return the call.  

I have this insurance provider, so the call is basically legitimate.

received a call from this # today, @ 1:58PM CST.  No message left; did not answer; showed nothing for called ID.

Got two calls from this number.  Answered each time.  No one on the line either time.  No message.
